- Abstract: Renal clear cell carcinoma metastasis to the gallbladder is rare. This paper reported a case of gallbladder metastasis of renal clear cell carcinoma detected after two years of left radical nephrectomy. The patient underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy and followed by postoperative targeted therapy of sunitinib. No new metastasis was found after 5 months of follow-up.
