Abstract: Dens invaginatusis a rare malformation of the teeth, resulting in frequent pulp necrosis and chronic apical periodontitis. In this paper, the apical barrier technology was used to treat a case of chronic apical periodontitis caused by type Ⅱ dens invaginatus.
