Abstract: Objective To analyze the standardization and management experience of the clinical research projects,which were supported by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission.Methods Based on recent data of clinical research projects in one hospital,orientation and management experience of the projects were analyzed.Moreover,shortcomings and possible countermeasures about this issue were explored.Results Since 2010,the bid-winning rate of this kind of projects has been basically stable,but the age structure has tended to be younger,which may be benefited from the hospital scientific research culture and advantage training strategy for youth talents.Scientific research management department also took an important role in this improvement,but did have some problems in real practice.Conclusions We hope to share the management experience of clinical research projects in the hospital,which may improve the management process and serve the researchers better.
