Abstract: Toll-like receptor recognizes the pathogens , activates the innate immunity and plays an important role in infectious diseases.Researchers have focuses on the pathway of Toll-like receptor and developed a series of related drugs to seek new therapy for infectious diseases .This article reviews the research progress on Toll-like receptor related-preparations in prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.
