Abstract: [Objective] To summarize professor WEN Chengping's scholar thoughts and experience of both the syndrome differentiation and treatment of psoriasis. [Methods] From causa morbi, mechanism and clinical treatment based on differentiation of signs, it expounds Professor WEN 's clinical experience and academic points, exampled with a common medical case.[Results] Professor WEN Chengping believed that blood toxin,stagnation,and blood stasisis the key pathogenesis of psoriasis. He divides the psoriasis into types of blood-heat, blood dryness, yang stagnation. And it points out that we should need to pay attention to invigorating the circulation of blood and strengthening the spleen and stomach.[Conclusions] Professor WEN Chengping is specialized in getting rid of the old thoughts by developing a new school of his own. And a set of characteristic syndrome differentiation used by WEN blazes a new trail for the treatment.
