Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum cytokines(IL-1?, IL-6 and TNF-?) and post-stroke depression. Methods:Serum IL-1?, IL-6 and TNF-? in stroke patients(n=32)and post-stroke depressive patients (n=32)were measured by ELISA on day 7 and day 28 after stroke.Results:The serum levels of IL-1?, IL-6 and TNF-? of the study group in day 28 were higher than that of control group (41.0?4.4/17.6?3.2, 13.5?4.1/5.4?2.0, 34.5?7.6 /20.8?4.3,P
