Abstract:
Objective:To explore the clinical function and the effects of enteral nutrition on prognosis in 20 severe craniocerebral injured patients. Methods:20 patients were tube fed 48 hours after admission.Blood sugar,hemoglobin,serum albumin,lymphocyte counts,complication and prognosis were observed.20 patients without tube feeding were as control.Results:The nutrition state,complication and prognosis were better in tube feeding patients than those in patients without tube feeding. Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition is beneficial in severe craniocerebral injured patients.
