Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of metastasis suppressor gene Kiss-1 and KAI-1 in colorectal cancer. Methods: In situ hybridization was used to detect and analyze the gene expression of Kiss-1 and KAI-1 in 61 cases of colorectal cancer and 20 cases of normal para cancer tissue.
