Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect a nd mechanism of ulinastatin application during perioperation in abdominal surger y. Methods Twenty patients administered with ulinastatin serve d as study group and twenty ones without ulinastatin treatment served as control group. Serum TNF-?, IL-6, IL-8, BUN and serum creatinine were detected in both groups before and after operation. The normalization time of body temper ature and leukocyte count were observed. All data analyses were performed using SPSS.
