Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To study the characteristics and regular pattern of adverse drug reactions(ADR) occurred in our hospital so as to promote rational clinical drug use.METHODS:141 ADR reports collected in our hospital from Sep.2004 to Dec.2007 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:Of the total 141 ADR cases,female comprising 65.25%(92 cases),and 86 cases(60.99%) aged 19～60 years,87 cases(61.70%) were induced by intravenous drip,74 cases(52.11%) were induced by anti infectives,and 34 cases(23.94%) manifested as lesion of skin and its appendants.CONCLUSION:ADR monitor work should be strengthened so as to ensure safe and effective medication.
