Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status quo of hospital pharmacy management through "Hospital Management Year" inspection METHODS: Based on "Handbook of Henan Province Hospital Management Year Activity in 2007","Prescription Management Method","Guiding Principles of Clinical Use of Antibacterial Drugs",the pharmacy management of 14 second-level above general hospitals was inspected. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Due to the "Hospital Management Year" activity over the three years,the pharmacy management work in second-level general hospitals has been improved. But there are still some problems existed such as the structure of staff members is far from reasonable,the contents of formulary are incomplete,non-stratified application of antibacterials,the unsoundness of the adverse drug reaction monitoring network etc.,which remain to be solved and further standardized.
