Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To establish content determination method for aceglutamide zinc.METHODS:Coordination titra_ tion and nitrogen method were employed to determine the content of zinc and aceglutamide in aceglutamide zinc.RESULTS:The average recoveries of zinc and aceglutamide were99.6%(RSD=0.63%)and98.9%(RSD=0.45%),respectively.CON_ CLUSION:The method is accurate,convenient,and quick,which can be used for the quality control of aceglutamide zinc.
