Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of HSP70 gene transfection to peripheral blood cytokines in the early phase of sepsis in rats. Methods A rat model of sepsis was established by cecal ligation and puncture(CLP),and adenovirus-mediated HSP70 gene transfection was performed in the CLP rats.
