Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of nuclear factor-?B(NF?B) on cytokins expression and neutrophil accumulation in murine liver transplantation. Methods Donor and recipient Wistar rats were pretreated by introperitoneal injection of proline dithiocarbamates(ProDTC, 15 mg/kg) 15 min before transplantation.
