Abstract: Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (AAV) refers to the groups of potentially life-threatening autoimmune disease.Antithyroid drug is one of the causes.Usually the involved organs are skin,kidney,and (or) lung.Early diagnosis and treatment of AAV is essential.Timely cessation of antithyroid drugs is the first step.If necessary,glucocorticoids and (or) immunosuppressive agents should be used to delay the progression of the disease.
