Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of cognitive rehabilitation training in virtual reality scenario combined with music therapy in treating patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment. Methods A total of 106 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention, while the observation group received cognitive rehabilitation training in virtual reality scenario combined with music therapy on the basis of the control group. Changes in cognitive function, daily living ability, and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention, and the satisfaction degree of the patients' family members to nursing was analyzed. Results After the intervention, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score and Barthel index score in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, and scores of MoCA and Barthel index in the observation group were also significantly higher than those in the control group (
P < 0.05). After the intervention, the score of the Stroke Impact Scale (SIS) in both groups increased significantly, and the score of each dimension and the total score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction degree of the patients' family members to nursing in the observation group was 98.1%, which was significantly higher than 86.8% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Virtual reality scenario cognitive rehabilitation training combined with music therapy is beneficial for improving cognitive function, daily living ability, and quality of life in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment.
