Abstract:
Objective:Through a systematic analysis of the practice and effectiveness of promoting scientific research in the authors′ hospital in recent years, relevant experiences and measures were extracted and summarized, to provide references for promoting the development of hospital scientific research.Methods:Comparing the effect of the scientific research level improvement before and after and combining with the authors′ practice of research management, we analyzed the effectiveness of the improvement of the scientific research level.Results:In recent years, this hospital designed a series of measures to improve the level of scientific research, continuously increasing the introduction and cultivation of high-level scientific and technological talents, giving full play to the promotion role of scientific research incentive policies, and strengthening the supervision and assessment of scientific research personnel and other effective measures in various channels and links, leading to a significant improvement of the scientific research level.Conclusions:The combination of knowledge and practice is the prerequisite for the development of scientific research in the grade A tertiary general hospital. We should pay attention to the establishment of a good scientific research atmosphere, the introduction and training of talents, the improvement of the corresponding scientific research incentive and assessment mechanism, and the establishment and improvement of the incentive and guarantee system for the transformation of achievements, to actively promote the coordinated development of medical treatment and scientific research, and to facilitate the high-quality development of the hospital′s scientific research endeavors.
