Abstract: 11β-Hydroxylase deficiency(11β-OHD) is a relatively rare type of autosomal recessive hereditary disease congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia. This article reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of 11β-OHD combined with subacute thyroiditis leading to severe hypokalemia treated in our hospital, along with a review of relevant literature.
