Abstract:
Stomachache with the syndrome of liver-stomach heat stagnation is common in clinic.TCM has significant advantages in holistic view and syndrome differentiation and treatment.Director Di Gui believes that the main pathogenesis of stomachache with the syndrome of liver-stomach heat stagnation is that the liver qi is abnormal,and the stagnation is turned into heat after a long period of depression,which leads to stagnation of heat and qi in the stomach due to prolonged depression and heat transformation.If the relieving function of liver is normal,qi will flow smoothly and the function of stomach will be normal.In clinic,he treats the disease with self-made Qinggan Hewei Decoction,aiming to clearing heat and soothing the liver,suppressing acid and relieving pain,lowering adverse flow and promoting blood circulation,with remarkable efficacy.
