Abstract:
The onset of cognitive dysfunction related to cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is often occult, with unclear pathogenesis and diverse clinical manifestations, which is difficulty to be early diagnosed. The changes of brain structure-function coupling and neurovascular coupling in CSVD patients play an important role in the occurrence of related cognitive dysfunction. The progresses of MRI researches on different dimension couplings of brain in patients with cognitive dysfunction related to CSVD were reviewed in this article.
