Abstract:
Objective:To systematically analyze the overview of "Internet + nursing service" in holistic nursing, explore the hotspots and evolution trends in both Chinese and English, so as to provide reference and ideas for further promoting the efficient development of "Internet + nursing service".Methods:The literature was sourced from China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data, Web of Science (WOS) Core Database, and Embase, with a search period from January 2015 to June 2023. CiteSpace software was used for statistical analysis of literature volume, countries, institutions, authors, keywords and so on, and to draw visual graphs.Results:A total of 2 124 Chinese literature and 2 775 English literature were included. The research force of "Internet + nursing service" was mainly developed countries, and China was in a rapid development stage. Chinese research hotspots and trends included the construction and application of Internet information platform, construction of service model, establishment of evaluation index system, and participation willingness and cognition survey of relevant people. English research hotspots and trends involved Internet based home care service and mobile health care service.Conclusions:The research of "Internet + nursing service" in China is in a rapid development stage, and the collaboration between scholars and institutions is insufficient. It is urgent to establish a multi-center and multidisciplinary cross cooperation. Chinese research focuses on the construction of the basic operation system. The trend of English research suggests that nursing researchers can give full play to the advantages of the Internet, carry out multi-dimensional innovative research from the service model, service population and laws and regulations, and provide scientific methods for the in-depth development of "Internet + nursing service".
