Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of prehabilitation combined with postoperative exercise rehabilitation in elderly patients with lung cancer undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods:From February 2019 to February 2022, 144 elderly lung cancer patients who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy at Jiangsu Cancer Hospital were selected as the study subject using convenience sampling. Using the random number table method, the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 72 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group conducted prehabilitation combined with postoperative exercise rehabilitation on the basis of routine nursing. We compared the postoperative rehabilitation status (first time out of bed, exhaust time, defecation time, and complications) , Quality of Life Index scores, and nursing satisfaction scores between two groups of patients. Results:The first time out of bed, exhaust time, defecation time, and total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Quality of Life Index score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group, with a statistical difference ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Prehabilitation combined with postoperative exercise rehabilitation can promote postoperative rehabilitation of elderly lung cancer patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy, improve postoperative quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
