Abstract: Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) is a common fatal disease in children, which can cause muscle weakness, muscle atrophy, and affect respiratory system, attracting attention from scholars both domestically and internationally. This article elaborates on the concept, application status of family management strategies, and management status for SMA patients, and proposes a concept of family management strategies for SMA patients, providing reference for constructing a suitable family management model for SMA patients.
