Abstract:
Cough is one of the most common postoperative complications of lung cancer, and there is still a dearth of effective treatments available. Traditional Chinese medicine offers remarkable advantages and achieves promising clinical results in mitigating postoperative cough symptoms in patients with lung cancer. This paper briefly outlines the current status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative cough in lung cancer, focusing on the etiology, pathogenesis, and syndrome differentiation of this condition.
