Objective:To explore the status quo of self-transcendence level of clinical nurses and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:From December 2018 to February 2019, a total of 336 clinical nurses from 6 Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in Beijing were selected as the research objects by the convenient sampling method. The general information questionnaire, Occupational Benefit Scale for Nurses (OBSF) , Chinese Self-Transcendence Scale (CSTS) and Work-Family Support Scale were used to investigate. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of self-transcendence level of clinical nurses. A total of 336 questionnaires were distributed and 268 valid questionnaires were recovered with an effective recovery rate of 79.76%.Results:The CSTS score of 268 clinical nurses was (45.97±7.29) , with the lowest score of 28 and the highest score of 60. Multiple reproducibility regression analysis showed that professional title, position, monthly average number of night shifts, daily working hours, nature of employment, family support and professional benefits were the influencing factors of self-transcendence level of clinical nurses ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The self-transcendence of clinical nurses is at a good level, which indicates that nurses have a healthy mental health status.
