Abstract:
Bariatric surgery is a medical method to achieve weight loss and hypoglycemia through surgery, and surgery is only one of the links. Long-term management after bariatric surgery is closely related to the effect of surgical weight loss and hypoglycemia. According to the bio-psycho-social medical model, human health and disease are closely related to psychological factors. Therefore, in recent years, psychological status in the management of bariatric surgery has attracted more and more attention. This article reviews the psychological state and its influencing factors of adults after bariatric surgery, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, aiming to help clinicians understand the psychological state of patients after bariatric surgery, so as to provide a reference for clinical workers to formulate targeted health management measures.
