Abstract:
The assessment of readiness for return-to-work in cancer patients is important for their ability to return to work successfully. This paper reviews the concept, measurement tools, and research status of readiness for return-to-work at home and abroad, and summarizes its influencing factors from demographic factors, disease-related factors, and work-related factors. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of existing research and puts forward suggestions, so as to provide a reference for the research and practice of domestic cancer patients' readiness for return-to-work.
