Abstract:
Objective:To explore the best evidence for preventive measures and management strategies for post liver transplantation metabolic syndrome (MS) .Methods:The population, intervention, professional, outcome, setting, types of studies (PIPOST) model of the Australian Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center was used to construct evidence-based questions on the prevention and management of post liver transplantation MS. According to the "6S" model of evidence, evidence related to the prevention and management of post liver transplantation MS in domestic and foreign guideline websites, liver transplantation institution websites and literature databases was systematically searched, including guidelines, systematic reviews, expert consensus and so on. Two researchers organized, evaluated and integrated the evidence. The search period was from January 1, 2010 to January 31, 2021.Results:A total of 13 articles were included, involving 9 guidelines, 3 systematic reviews, and 1 expert consensus. A total of 20 pieces of the best evidence were collected and sorted out including 4 aspects, namely risk assessment, prevention strategies, management measures, and follow-up monitoring. Conclusions:This study summarizes the 20 best evidences for the prevention and management of post liver transplantation MS from 4 aspects including risk assessment, preventive strategies, management measures, and follow-up monitoring, and provides an evidence-based basis for the nursing practice of clinical liver transplant managers.
