Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application effect of trans-theoretical model combined with ABC emotion management mode in patients with type D personality coronary heart disease. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, patients with type D personality coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Huai'an No.1 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects. Patients admitted from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the control group ( n=50) , while patients admitted from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the observation group ( n=50) . The control group received conventional ABC emotion management mode, while the observation group received trans-theoretical model combined with ABC emotion management mode. The effect of the intervention was evaluated by Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire (ATQ) , the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale (ESCA) and Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ) . Results:Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in ATQ, ESCA and SA scores between the two groups ( P>0.05) . After the intervention, the ATQ scores of the two groups were decreased and the score of the observation group was lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . After the intervention, the ESCA and SAQ scores of the two groups were improved and scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:The implementation of trans-theoretical model combined with ABC emotion management model for patients with type D personality coronary heart disease can eliminate negative thinking of patients, improve their self-care ability and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
