The investigation was conducted with the General Information Questionnaire, Internet Mobile Medical APP Application Willingness Scale and Internet Mobile Medical APP Behavior Intention Scale. Multivariate Logistics regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of mobile medical APP application willingness. Results:A total of 550 questionnaires were distributed and 538 questionnaires were returned. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of Internet mobile medical APP application willingness for patients with different ages, occupations, education levels and comorbidities ( P< 0.05) . With the increase of the application willingness score, the average score of patients' effort expectation, social influence, expectation effect, and convenience items of behavior intenion increased accordingly, and the trend and difference analysis were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . Young age, comorbidities, high effort expectation and expectation effect, good social influence and convenient conditions were the promoting factors of patients' Internet mobile medical APP application willingness, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Age, comorbidities, effort expectation, social influence, expectation effect, and convenience all affect the willingness of patients with essential hypertension to use Internet mobile medical APP. Therefore, it can be referred to in the process of developing Internet mobile medical APP to improve application willingness and utilization rate.
