- Abstract: Venous thromboembolism (VTE) is one of common complications in hospitalized patients. Hospitalized patient tend to have high risk factors to develop VTE. As an important part of VTE prevention and treatment, it is of great significance for nurses to accurately identify risk factors, to conduct risk assessment of VTE in a timely manner, and to take appropriate preventive measures.
