Abstract:
Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is a common complication of chronic kidney disease(CKD).CVD can be divided into two categories:one is cardiovascular disease, common as atherosclerosis;another is cardiomyopathy, leading to changes in the structure and function of the heart itself, such as ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac dila-tation.Heart failure(HF)is a common result of these processes. This article reviews the common etiology and treatment progress of HF in CKD patients.
