MethodsCNKI,Wanfang,VIP, CBM databases were screened for published papers on cognitive disorder's nursing in China from January 1st , 2008 to December 31st, 2018. Bibliometric analysis was conducted for the articles which met the standard. ResultsA total of 632 papers were included. The number of literature has been increasing year by year. The major papers were experimental studies accounting for 36.71%. The prevention and nursing intervention of cognitive impairment was the main research content(62.97%) with the patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) as the main study population(55.06%) and comprehensive nursing intervention program as the main intervention method(15.07%), specialized scale evaluation as the main evaluation method(87.41%), and the patients' function index as the main evaluation indicators (84.67%). ConclusionsThe number of literature on cognitive impairment nursing in China is increasing, and the quality of research needs to be improved. We should strengthen the application of specialized nursing intervention in different diseases and stages, pay attention to risk assessment of cognitive impairment, identify high-risk factors and population, and construct sensitive indicators of cognitive impairment, specialist nursing clinic, continuing nursing model and evidence-based guidelines.
