Abstract:
Delirium is one of the most common postoperative clinical syndromesin geriatrics, which can induce series of adverse clinical outcomes. This article systematically reviews the general situation, epidemiological condition, clinical manifestations of delirium, risk factors and assessment tools of geriatric perioperative delirium. Meanwhile, it introduces multidisciplinary comprehensive intervention measures and effects, especially focusing on nursing intervention, so as to provide references for nursing of perioperative geriatrics delirium.
