Abstract: The COVID-19 outbreak is a global pandemic that has had caused a profound impact on social stability, economic development and national security, and has further evolved into a major public health crisis. The rapid research and development and efficient deployment of vaccines is one of the effective means to prevent and control the epidemic. This article reviews the primary features of current COVID-19 vaccines, simultaneously focus the clinical features of liver injury post-vaccination and explore its possible pathogenesis.
