Abstract: Stroke is the second leading cause of death in the world and the first cause of adult death and disability in China.Post-stroke depression(PSD)is one of the most common and serious complications of stroke,affecting about one-third of stroke patients and seriously affecting the rehabilitation process of patients returning to social life.At present,oral psychotropic drugs and psychotherapy are commonly used in clinical treatment of PSD,but because of their safety and economy,the clinical effect is often not ideal.As a safe and effective treatment,physical therapy has been widely used in clinical practice.This article reviews transcranial magnetic stimulation and other physical therapy,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of PSD and future research development.
