Abstract:
This paper summarized the progress in studies on the core competence of nurses,the core competence assessment, training and management system of nurses specialized in intervention as well as the competence requirements and characteristics of nurses specialized in cardiac intervention,and points out the problems existing in core competence assessment indicators for nurses specialized in cardiac intervention in China,aiming to provide reference for China to build a better training and assessment system for nurses specialized in cardiac intervention.
