Abstract:
Objective To explore the feasibility of inter-professional simulation-based clinical examination in nursing extended experimental teaching practice. Methods Inter-professional cooperation teams were founded, and instructional teams were included: two teachers from nursing, and clinical medicine, and one technician of teaching experiment; student practice team: 3-4 nursing students from grade 2014, 1-2 clinical medicine students from grade 2014; cases were organized and the context was designed: in the examination, every module was evaluated by two teachers at the same time, and after examination, the opinions and recommendations of students on the examination were collected, and the correlation between the examination and the results of modules in extended nursing experimental teaching practice was analyzed. Results The consistency coefficient of two teachers was 0.976; the score ranged from (7.21±1.44) to (8.32±2.13); there was no significant correlation between the ability evaluation of cooperation and other ability evaluation. Conclusions Inter-professional simulation-based clinical examination can be used in extended nursing experimental teaching practice, and it can comprehensively assess students' academic competition.
