Abstract: This article reviewed the concept of advance care planning, the status, functions, scales, influencing factors and strategies of the participation of advance care planning in families of terminal-stage cancer patients. It is aimed to provide reference for clinical medical staff to promote the participation of advance care planning in families of terminal-stage cancer patients, to improve the quality of agency decision-making, to improve quality of life in patients, and to construct of localized advance care planning.
