Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of the moxibustion combined vitamin B6 acupoint injection in the double parapodum three mile on gastric bowel function recovery of patients after gastrointestinal surgery.Methods Totals of 100 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group given postoperative routine nursing,on the basis of that,the experimental group received Zusanli acupoint injection using the moxibustion combined vitamin B6.And all the patients' postoperative bowel sound appear time and anal exhaust time were observed.Results The bowel sound recovery time and the first time the anus exhaust time in experimental group were significantly shorter than that in control group [(16.35 ±2.26) h vs (25.25 ±1.25) h,(28.05 ±2.36) h vs (38.73 ±2.93) h;t =24.36,20.07,respectively;P ＜ 0.O1)].Conclusions Moxibustion combined vitamin B6 acupoint injection in Zusanli can promote gastric bowel function recovery of patients after gastrointestinal surgery.
