Abstract:
Objective To compare application efficacy of physical therapy and traditional sputum elimination method in chest and lungs of ICU patients.Methods A total of 76 patients with severe cerebral apoplexy in our hospital were selected as research objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 38 cases per group.Group A was applied physical therapy sputum in lungs and chest and group B was given traditional sputum expectoration.The volume of sputum,sputum,oxygenation index,blood gas analysis indicators of two groups were compared.Resuits The sputum volume in group A was significantly higher,the sputum viscosity was significantly lower than that of group B (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of SpO2,p (O2),p (O2)/FiO2 in group A were significantly higher,the level of p (O2) was significantly lower than that of group B (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional method,the effect of physical therapy in the chest and lungs in the treatment of sputum elimination for patients with severe cerebral apoplexy is better,and it can improve ventilation function of the patients.
