- Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of fatigue nursing in relieving fatigue of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 lung cancer cases with chemotherapy in our department were randomly divided into two groups,control group (40 cases) was given the routine nursing,and the observation group (40 cases) was given fatigue nursing on the basis of the control group.Cancer-related fatigue and life quality were compared.Results The fatigue degree after the intervention in the observation group was less,and the scores of QLQ-C30 scale was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Fatigue nursing can alleviate the degree of cancer fatigue and improve the life quality of lung cancer with chemotherapy.
