Abstract:
Objective To discuss the application of continuous quality improvement mode in the comfortable management of patients'physiological dimension after skeletal traction.Methods A total of 58 patients received lower limb skeletal traction from January to March 2016 were taken as control group and another 56 patients with the same therapy from May 2016 to August 2016 were included in the experimental group.continuous quality improvement mode (FOCUS-PDCA) mode was adopted in the experimental group for comfortable management and the control group was given original nursing for lower limb traction.Results After implementation of continuous quality improvement,the average scores of biological dimension in the experimental group were above the qualified score at first,third traction day,and one day before operation.Conclusion FOCUS-PDCA mode can effectively improve the comfort degree of patients'physiological dimension after traction,improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
