Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of targeted nutritional nursing on nutritional status and quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 194 patients with MHD in our hospital were randomly divided into routine group and study group,with 97 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing intervention,while the intervention group was given targeted nutritional nursing intervention on the basis of routine group.The albumin (ALB),prealbumin (PA),transferrin (SF),hemoglobin (Hb) level and life quality score,modified SGA score,reasonable diet,health knowledge and knowledge of sports cognition of two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the ALB,PA,SF,Hb,physical function,psychological function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function,dietary knowledge,health knowledge,disease knowledge of the intervention group were significantly higher,and the modified SGA score was significantly lower than that of the routine group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nutritional nursing intervention for patients with maintenance dialysis has better nursing efficacy,and it is of great significance to improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
