Abstract:
Objective To study the influence of high quality nursing on psychological status and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy combined with depression.Methods A total of 80 patients diagnosed as esophageal cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given basic nursing,and the observation group was given high quality nursing on the basis of the observation group.Psychological status and quality of life score of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results There was statistically significant difference between two groups in quality of life score (P ＜ 0.05);After treatment,anxiety and depression in the observation group was significantly better than the control group.And severe depression,no depression,severe,mild anxiety,and no anxiety showed significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients'anxiety,depression and quality of life,enhance nursing satisfaction and curative efficacy,so it is worthy of clinical application.
