Abstract:
The treatment of acute ischemic stroke includes early thrombolysis and neuroprotective therapy.Early thrombolysis is limited by time window,with only a few beneficiaries.Neuroprotective therapy blocks the death of nerve cells by blocking ischemic cascade.In this paper,the research progress of neuroprotective drugs in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke was summarized and the rationality of their use in clinic was discussed.
