Abstract:
The pharmacodynamics of antiplatelet drugs,especially clopidogrel,vary among individuals,which may lead to the occurrence of adverse clinical events.Although there are a large number of studies that focus on using platelet function tests to access clinical outcome and guide individual antiplatelet therapies,the results remain controversial.This article reviews currently available platelet function assays and advances in clinical research.
