Abstract:
In view of the weak links in medical quality management,combined with the performance appraisal orientation of public hospitals and the relevant requirements of high-quality development of public hospitals,based on the positive feedback closed-loop management system theory,establish and improve the medical quality refinement management system of clinical departments characterized by departmental medical quality and safety reports,departmental medical quality and safety assessments,departmental medical quality work conferences,and departmental medical quality and safety behaviors,and build a closed-loop medical quality management system at the hospital and department levels with a perfect feedback mechanism,so as to promote the continuous improvement of performance appraisal indicators of public hospitals.
