Abstract:
Abstract:Due to the differences in the level of socioeconomic development, geographic environment, food supply, eating habits and other factors, dietary guidelines for children and adolescents and the school lunch system varied significantly across different countries. The article combines the successful experiences of nutrition lunch systems for children and adolescents in Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Sweden and Australia, then gives suggestions for school lunch system in China, aiming to provide reference and basis for the development of a scientific and feasible nutritious lunch system.
