Abstract:
Objective To study the nursing intervention on senile effects of sleep quality in patients with refluxe-sophagitis. Methods From December 2012 to December 2013,112 cases of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis were selected,they were randomly divided into two groupsthe study group and the control group,each group of 56 cases. The control group used routine nursing method, the study group used comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,compared the differences between the two groups in terms of compliance and sleep quality. Results Sleep quality and treatment compliance of patients in the study group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in elderly patients with reflux esophagitis can improve patients's sleep quality,promote patient recovery,and it's worthy of clinical promotion.
